Islamic Scholar Advocates Commitment to Quran and Ahl al-Bayt to Address Global Challenges

Rawalpindi, The central convener of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqah Jafaria Pakistan International Tenth Sadiq Al Muhammad Committee, Prof. Rahsan Naqvi, has emphasized that commitment to the Qur’an and Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) is a condition of faith and essential to solving global challenges, including terrorism, unrest, and violence. He noted that Islam is under threat from evil forces due to a growing distance from the Qur’an and Ahl al-Bayt.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, Prof. Naqvi delivered these remarks during the “Qur’an and Ahlul Bayt Conference” held at Zainul Abidin Academy, marking the 10th anniversary of Sadiq Al Muhammad. He mentioned that while Pakistan is founded on the principles of justice and fairness in Islam, the ongoing crises around the world stem from a lack of justice, leading to widespread cruelty, brutality, and coercive violence.

Prof. Naqvi stressed that the Qur’an serves as the guide for humanity, inviting people to the path of righteousness and emphasizing that God is the ultimate owner of the universe. He highlighted that Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s.) played a significant role in promoting knowledge and scientific principles, which continue to be a guiding light for scholars and intellectuals. Other leaders also addressed the conference.
