Islamabad Celebrates Justice Day with Emphasis on Prophethood and the Coming of Mahdi

Islamabad, The Tehreek Nafez Fiqh Jafaria (TNFJ) marked ‘Yom Adl’ or Justice Day on the 15th of Sha’ban, heralding the anticipated appearance of Hazrat Imam Mahdi, the prophesied redeemer of Islam. The day was observed nationwide with night vigils, collective prayers in Shia mosques, and dawn prayers near bodies of water. Scholars illuminated the philosophy of Imam Mahdi’s awaited emergence, praying for the alleviation of suffering worldwide and expressing unity. The TNFJ’s grand rally by Rawal Lake featured speeches emphasizing the enduring significance of Prophethood, the rejection of Qadianism, and a call for national focus on economic and public welfare.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the event underscored the belief in the end of Prophethood as Islam’s stronghold, with firm rejection of any contrary views. Allama Aghazi Hussain Makdisi, head of TNFJ Pakistan, spoke against Qadianism and highlighted the role of the protector of Prophethood, emphasizing the need for national institutions to prioritize terrorism eradication and public problem-solving. The celebration reiterated the message of peace from Jafaria leader Aghasid Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi, aiming to counteract conspiracies against Islam and Pakistan. The rise of Mahdi was portrayed as a pivotal moment for justice and the end of cruelty, aligning with prophetic traditions emphasizing Mahdi’s role in establishing global justice.

The Justice Day assembly featured prominent speakers, including Allama Basharat Hussain Emami and Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, among others, discussing the significance of Imam Mahdi’s emergence and its implications for justice and morality in the world. A reception camp organized by the Ayam Adl Committee welcomed participants in a demonstration of devotion to Imam Mahdi.
