Lahore, May 30, 2022 (PPI-OT):The Integrated Engineering Centre of Excellence (IECE) at the University of Lahore held a seminar “Study, Live, and Work in Japan” under the supervision of Mr. Nasir Mahmood (Pro-Rector, Academics) on March 24, 2022. Students were provided with a unique opportunity to pursue graduate studies with up to a 100% scholarship at the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Japan, offering a 97% job placement.
Dr. Aazir Khan (Director IECE) shared his thoughts as the chief guest. After that, Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Fazal Qadir Khan (Representative of Ritsumeikan, APU in Pakistan) addressed the audience. Furthermore, Ms. Johanna Korhonen (APU Admissions Counselor) and Ms. Sadaf Muddassahara (MBA Graduate 2022 and Doctoral Candidate) presented their notes through an exclusive live Zoom session with the audience.
The students were made aware of admission policies and student experience at APU. At the end of the seminar, an interactive Q and A session was held. This seminar is part of the efforts of Mr. Awais Raoof (Chairman, BoG) to promote placements for UOL graduates in foreign industry markets. UOL will now recommend its students for Ritsumeikan APU graduate studies.
