According to Bahria University, the ideal candidate for the Principal position should have a strong academic background, meeting the Professor level-III qualification requirements as per the standards of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM and DC). The responsibilities of the Principal will include developing and executing strategic plans for the college, fostering a culture of academic discipline, research, and innovation, ensuring compliance with accreditation and quality assurance processes, and cultivating a compliant and ethical environment.
