Rawalpindi, A commemorative prayer meeting was held at Ali Masjid Satellite Town on the death anniversary of TNFJ Assistant Office Secretary Syed Jawad Naqvi and Regional Commander of MFP Syed Daghsan Naqvi, attended by dignitaries and representatives from various schools of thought.
According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi delivered a speech emphasizing the unity of Muslims through the abolition of caste and the significant role of elders’ virtues in guiding the community. He articulated the Islamic belief that dying in the love of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) grants one the status of a martyr, underscoring the importance of striving for noble causes as a source of true happiness and martyrdom. Further discussing the philosophical aspect of life and death, he cited Surah Malik, explaining that life and death are tests from God to determine the righteousness of individuals.
Allama Zaidi also shared reflections on historical figures in Islam who viewed death as a triumph, specifically citing Ali (A.S.) and his acceptance of martyrdom as a victory. The event concluded with a collective prayer led by Allama Waqar Naqvi, reinforcing the commitment to continue the virtuous struggle of obeying divine commands and promoting good in society.
