Turbat: Seven graduates from the Department of Sociology at the University of Turbat have successfully passed the written examination for the position of Assistant Social Welfare Officer in the Social Welfare Department, Government of Balochistan. The examination was conducted by the Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC). The successful candidates are Hawa Deen Muhammad, Iqra Irshad, Mahnoor Mehmood, Misrana Gul, Nazjan Munir, Nida Iqbal, and Noreen Riaz, among others.

According to University of Turbat, the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Tahir Hakeem, and Department Chairman, Dr. Nadil Shah, along with faculty members, have congratulated the alumni on their achievement, noting that it highlights their dedication and academic commitment. University spokesperson stated that Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan expressed pride in the graduates and their teachers, emphasizing the university's role in preparing students for excellence in competitive examinations and their contributions to society and the nation.
