IIU Prepares for 13th Convocation with Focus on Coordination and Timeliness

Islamabad: The International Islamic University (IIU) is gearing up for its 13th Convocation, with preparations taking center stage at a recent meeting chaired by Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (Academics). The meeting was convened to review the final arrangements and address key planning issues for the significant event.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the meeting saw the participation of conveners from various sub-committees, each presenting updates on their respective responsibilities. Discussions covered critical aspects such as venue reservation, advertisement and publicity, guest invitations, and registration procedures. The focus was on ensuring a well-organized and dignified ceremony.

Recommendations were made to enhance the event's execution, stressing the need for effective coordination among all sub-committees. Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman highlighted the importance of timely completion of tasks to facilitate a seamless convocation.

The meeting concluded with Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman expressing appreciation for the conveners' efforts and reiterating the University's commitment to a successful 13th Convocation.
