TNFJ Announces “Days of Mourning” for Imam Ali Raza’s Martyrdom in Pakistan

Islamabad, The Central Vice President of Tehreek Nafez Fiqh Jafariya (TNFJ) Pakistan, Makhdoom Syed Farzand Ali Shah Kazmi, announced that the 21st to 23rd of Ziqaad will be observed as “Days of Mourning” in remembrance of Imam Ali Raza’s martyrdom. The announcement comes as part of a series of events designed to honor the life and legacy of Imam Ali Raza and to express solidarity with the oppressed.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the decision was made under the guidance of Allama Agha Syed Hussain Maqdisi, head of TNFJ, which was founded by Quaid Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi. During these days, Muslims are encouraged to participate in mourning processions and highlight the significant aspects of Imam Ali Raza’s life. The observance will include peaceful protests against oppressors and expressions of solidarity with the oppressed, reflecting the teachings of Imam Ali Raza that advocate unity and resistance against tyranny.

The organization emphasized the importance of remembering the sacrifices of Imam Hussain and other figures from Islamic history who have exemplified steadfastness and sacrifice for their ideals. TNFJ has also called for special prayers for the people of Palestine and Kashmir, as well as for the success and security of Pakistan during these days of mourning.
