Lahore, The Institute of Applied Psychology at the University of Punjab has announced the successful public defense of Ms. Sherin Gul’s PhD dissertation on the development and validation of cognitive abilities measures for managerial performance and hiring decisions.

According to University of the Punjab, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Saima Ghazal, Ms. Gul’s research was evaluated by Prof. Dr. Farhat Jamil of Beaconhouse National University and Dr. Shameem Fatima of COMSATS University Lahore. Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique and the faculty of the Institute extended their heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Gul for her significant academic accomplishment.
