Turbat, Meena Baloch, Member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan and Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, visited the University of Turbat, where she engaged with faculty and discussed educational development initiatives for the region.

According to University of Turbat, Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the university, along with other officials, hosted Ms. Baloch. During the visit, Dr. Ahmed highlighted the importance of governmental support for education in the Makran Division and District Kech, thanking Ms. Baloch for her focus on the educational needs of the area. He requested her assistance in securing scholarships for local faculty and students through the Cultural Exchange Scholarship Program and proposed initiating a student exchange program under her ministry to enhance exposure and promote provincial harmony.

The meeting also addressed the needs of female students and faculty at the university. The female faculty members expressed the need for better facilities specifically designed for women, underscoring the importance of a supportive educational environment for all. Ms. Baloch reaffirmed her commitment to addressing these issues and improving the quality of education in the region by engaging with relevant authorities and forums.
