Lahore, The Pakistan Study Centre (PSC) at the University of Punjab is set to host an international symposium titled “CPEC and Regional Dynamics” on May 15, 2024. The event, scheduled to start at 11:00 AM, will take place in the PSC Auditorium, bringing together renowned scholars and experts to discuss the implications and opportunities presented by the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and its impact on regional geopolitics.
According to University of the Punjab, the symposium will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers including Prof. Dr. Nomanze Kiran, the chief organizer; Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood, the vice-chair; and Prof. Dr. Ijaz M. Chaudhry, a key discussant. Keynote speakers Dr. Ivan Naseer, Dr. Angelina Negi-Majewska, and Col. Dr. Kerry Longhurst will offer insights into the strategic, economic, and security dimensions shaped by CPEC in the context of South Asia and beyond.
