Haripur, The Registrar’s Office at The University of Haripur has issued a circular detailing revised official timings for the upcoming Holy month of Ramzan 2024, also known as Ramadan, to be observed university-wide.

According to The University of Haripur, the new timings will be effective Monday through Friday, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM, throughout the month of Ramzan for the year 1445 Hijri. This adjustment is to accommodate the observance of the Holy month’s practices. Furthermore, class durations will be reduced to forty (40) minutes each to align with these changes. The circular mandates that every Chairperson and Head of Academic Departments ensure strict adherence to the new schedule.

An additional note in the circular mentions that the Friday/Zuhar Prayer will be observed at 01:30 PM during Ramzan. This change reflects the university’s respect for the religious practices of its faculty, staff, and students during this significant time of the Islamic calendar. The circular confirms that the schedule adjustment has been approved by the Vice Chancellor of The University of Haripur, ensuring that the university’s operations are in harmony with religious observances.
