Lahore, The Department of Product and Industrial Design at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has conducted a comprehensive lecture on the significance of aesthetics in everyday product design. Ms. Alina Naeem Butt, a seasoned designer, shared insights from her industry experience, highlighting how product aesthetics are deeply integrated into cultural and global contexts.

According to University of Engineering and Technology, Ms. Alina Naeem Butt’s lecture covered the impact of appearance and surface design across a spectrum of products, from mobile phones to fashion and web design. Emphasizing the importance of aesthetics in product design, she introduced the students to professional fonts like Corporate, Roboto, and Poppins, detailing their variations in web and app development. The discussion also ventured into the necessity for a standardized approach to integrating various design elements and principles to enhance product aesthetics.
