Punjab University Health Centre Launches Diabetes Awareness Week

Lahore, The Punjab University Health Centre has initiated ‘Diabetes Awareness Week’ to educate and assist diabetic patients. The week-long campaign, inaugurated at the PU Health Centre, aims to spread awareness about diabetes control through lifestyle changes.

According to University of the Punjab, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Muhammad Akram emphasized the importance of a balanced diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle in managing diabetes. He reassured that the Health Centre is committed to providing top medical facilities to students, employees, and teachers. The awareness week will feature check-ups for diabetic patients and distribution of informative pamphlets and posters on diabetes management.
