Peshawar, The Institute of Chemical Sciences at the University of Peshawar is inviting applications for a studentship position to work on a Higher Education Commission (HEC) funded National Research Program for Universities (NRPU) project titled “Synthesis, characterization, and identification of anti-Alzheimer molecules through combinatorial synthesis using biotransformation protocols”.
According to University of Peshawar, the position is open to Pakistani nationals who have completed their BS/M.Sc. final year project, with a preference for candidates having a strong background in organic chemistry and experience in the purification and structure elucidation of organic compounds. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview via email or phone.
The selected candidate will be engaged for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of annual extensions up to a maximum of two years, contingent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of funds. The Principal Investigator reserves the right to accept or reject any application and may terminate the contract due to poor performance at any stage of the project.
