Turbat, The University of Turbat (UoT) organized a session on “Entrepreneurship As A Career Choice and Entrepreneurial Opportunities”, focusing on the importance of entrepreneurial skills among youth. The session, facilitated by the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC), was held in the university’s video conference room.

According to University of Turbat, Mr. Bashir Agha, Manager NEP_NIC (Balochistan) and an experienced advisor, trainer, and consultant in the corporate and development sector, served as the resource person. Dr. Amir Zeb from ORIC played a key role as the focal person of the event. Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, Vice Chancellor of UoT, in his opening remarks, expressed gratitude towards Mr. Shakoor Ahmed, Provincial Chief of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) in Balochistan, for his contribution to the session. The Vice Chancellor stressed the critical need for fostering entrepreneurial skills among students, especially in the domain of technology. The session saw active participation from students across various departments of the university.
