Virtual University of Pakistan Collaborates with FBR to Conduct NNDA Recruitment Test

Lahore, 17 Oct 2023:The Virtual University of Pakistan (VUP) and the Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) Revenue Division have officially partnered through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to oversee the National Nuclear Detection Architecture (NNDA – FBR Customs) Recruitment Test for several roles nationwide using VUP’s ICT model. The MoU was endorsed by Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti, the Rector of the Virtual University of Pakistan, and Mr. Muhammad Junaid Jalil Khan, DDG of NNDA Pakistan Customs.

Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti, upon the signing, expressed his appreciation to the DDG of NNDA and the associated team for entrusting the Virtual University with the responsibility of leveraging its Computer-Based Testing Model (CBT) for the recruitment process. Highlighting VUP’s vast experience, Dr. Bhatti noted the institution’s two-decade track record of administering computer-based tests across Pakistan simultaneously. He further reaffirmed the university’s capability to manage such examinations with thorough transparency and efficiency.

Acknowledging the collaboration, the DDG of NNDA commended the Virtual University of Pakistan for its assistance in facilitating the NNDA Recruitment Test using the CBT approach. Furthermore, he praised the university for its pivotal role in national development by granting quality education via cutting-edge ICT, ensuring accessibility even in Pakistan’s more isolated regions.
