Bahawalpur, October 03, 2023 (PPI-OT): The Officials of Punjab Educational Endowment Fund, (PEEF) visited the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and presented their proposal of nurturing human capital through soft skills training workshop for PEEF awardees. The PEEF delegation comprised of Rana Nasir Subhani, Manager PEEF, alongwith Muhammad Usman Islam, Officer PEEF and Fazal e Haq.

The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Dean Faculty of Chemical Sciences, Dr. Areeba Khan, Director Financial Assistance, Arif Ramooz, Additional Registrar and Muhammad Umair, Assistant Registrar Financial Assistance.

Dr. Shazia Anjum appreciated the PEEF initiative of soft skills training and expressed the commitment to enroll most of the final year PEEF awardees in the program. Dr. Areeba Khan thanked the PEEF delegation for their commitment towards social equity initiatives targeting IUB students and expressed the desire to further strengthen the training initiative of PEEF through recurring student workshops and training programs.
