Seminar Highlights Transgender Voices in Organizational Diversity

Lahore: A seminar titled "Learning Inclusion and Diversity Through Lived Experiences: Transgender Voices in Contemporary Organizations" was recently held at the University of Central Punjab, organized by Dr. Madiha Masood from the Department of Psychology. The event aimed to foster discussions on inclusion and diversity by featuring insights from members of the transgender community.

According to University of Central Punjab, the seminar included presentations by educationist Prof. Dr. Saima Iram and transgender community members Ms. Faizi and Ms. Alisha Shirazi, who shared their personal stories and perspectives. Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt commended the initiative, highlighting its significance in promoting inclusion, empathy, and social awareness within academic settings.
