LAHORE: Punjab University has announced the results of its first entry test for undergraduate programs, with test outcomes available on the university's official website, www.pu.edu.pk. More than 31,000 students participated in the initial examination, according to details from Punjab University. Alongside this announcement, registration for the second undergraduate entry test remains open, with a deadline set for July 03, 2026.

According to University of the Punjab, candidates who took the first test are eligible to retake it. The entrance exam is a mandatory requirement for admission into Punjab University's undergraduate programs. The second entry test is scheduled for July 19, 2026, and will take place in all major cities across Pakistan. The test scores will account for 25 percent of the total marks required for admission. Prospective students are advised to consult the university's website for information on eligibility and other pertinent details. Punjab University plans to conduct seven different entrance tests for all its undergraduate offerings.
