Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Engages in Bilateral Talks with PPP Chairman in Islamabad


Islamabad, Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), at President House in Islamabad today. The meeting aimed to discuss and further enhance the bilateral relations between the two countries.



According to Pakistan Peoples Party, the Uzbek delegation included several high-ranking officials such as the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Minister of Transport, the Honorary Consul, and the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan. They were joined by prominent PPP leaders Raja Pervez Ashraf, Sherry Rehman, Salim Mandviwala, and Naveed Qamar.



The discussions focused on strengthening stability in bilateral relations and exploring issues of mutual interest. This meeting underscores the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, aimed at deepening ties and cooperation across various sectors.
