Lahore, 13 Oct 2023: Prof Dr. Nasim Ahmad, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore, officially opened Pasha Hall, a new boys hostel, at UVAS Ravi Campus Pattoki, according to a press release from UVAS. The recently constructed hostel, which consists of 26 ample rooms designed to accommodate 100 students, was built over two years at a cost of Rs 68.37 million, providing essential amenities such as baths, washrooms, a kitchen, and internet.

Prof Dr. Nasim Ahmad, speaking at the inauguration, expressed that UVAS is continually working rigorously to furnish students with comfortable accommodation. He urged the students to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and adhere to all rules and regulations. Additionally, he reviewed the quality of work and facilities available in the new hostel and recognized the concerted efforts of the UVAS Building and Works Department for the seamless completion of the project.

The new Pasha Hall stands as an embodiment of UVAS’s commitment to facilitating its students by enhancing their residential experiences on campus. The 26-room hostel not only offers practical and necessary facilities but also ensures that a considerable portion of students can be accommodated comfortably, thus supporting their academic journey by providing stable and suitable living conditions.
