University of Sindh Awards 24 PhD and 15 MPhil Degrees

Jamshoro, In a significant academic development, the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, has awarded 24 PhD and 15 MPhil degrees across various disciplines. This decision was ratified during the 149th meeting of the Advanced Studies and Research Board under the chairmanship of Shaikh Jamia Sindh, Professor (Meritorious) Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro.

According to University of Sindh, the meeting witnessed the approval of degrees in fields as diverse as Sindhi, English Linguistics, Commerce, Education, Information Technology, Islamic Culture, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Freshwater Biology and Fisheries, Biochemistry, Zoology, Health and Physical Education, Pharmaceutics, and Public Administration. The board’s approval marks a substantial contribution to the academic and research community, reflecting the university’s commitment to advancing knowledge and research excellence.

The recipients of these degrees have undergone rigorous academic scrutiny and have contributed significantly to their respective fields, demonstrating the university’s high standards of research and academic achievement.
