According to University of Turbat, the official notice, dated March 25, 2024, references the High Court’s decision (C.P. No. 1326/2022, dated November 13, 2023), which strictly restrains staff and associations from engaging in or organizing strikes, sit-ins, or any illegal activity. The ruling mandates immediate disciplinary action against any individual found in violation. This measure is aimed at maintaining the smooth functioning of university operations and ensuring that educational activities are not compromised by internal unrest.

The directive is disseminated to all teaching and administrative staff at the University of Turbat, emphasizing the need for compliance and reminding of the legal implications of any defiance.
