It is important for present generation in the field of Civil Engineering is to focus on their skills development according to market demand, this can only be done with proper structure of Civil Engineering Society which will be in coordination with graduates, consultants, contractors and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at the same time. It will also create large jobs opportunities for Young Engineers. The main challenge presently is the lack of communication between all these sectors and this communication gap can be filled by proper coordination between industry, educational institutes and government bodies and councils. He concluded that, Universities like University of Faisalabad along with other Engineering Universities have initiated this coordination under Outcome Based Education (OBE) System
