Faisalabad, June 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):National Textile University, Faisalabad signed an agreement with World Wide Fund (WWF-Pakistan) for Awareness and Capacity Development of Textile Sector. The both partners have the common intended objective for sustainable development of the textile sector aimed at promoting economic growth in Pakistan.

Faisalabad, June 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):Masood Textile Mills Ltd. Faisalabad visited NTU for campus recruitment drive of fresh graduates of batch 2017-2021 on Friday, 11th June 2021 at 10:00am in Main Hall.

 

Mr. Mirza Mahmood Akhtar (Dy. Director Job Placement and Career Counselling Cell) assisted the MTM team with support services of Advisor Office. Following mentioned disciplines were advised to appear in written test on said date and time.

The activities at NTU were presented to the industrial members. It was emphasized to promote the industrial exposure of students during their studies, so that they may serve efficiently late on.

Faisalabad, June 24, 2021 (PPI-OT):Ms. Firdous Rai (MPA), Faisalabad, Ms. Tehmina Pasha, President Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FWCCI) and Ms. Rubina Amjad, Founder President (FWCCI) visited National Textile University, Faisalabad on June 16, 2021.

The Rector NTU Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain briefed the guests about the University’s state of the art textile facilities (R and D) and allied discipline such as Business, Computer Science and Design. President (FWCCI) Ms. Tehmina Pasha and Ms. Rubina Amjad admired NTU as a role model institution of its kind, appreciated the infrastructure and standard of education at NTU.

For a fresh graduate”

Society of Polymer Engineering conducted a live Webinar on “Industrial Training course: Industrial Challenges and Job challenges during Covid-19 for a fresh graduate”, on June 09, 2021. Speaker, Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad, has more than 20 years of experience as QA and QC manager in different power related companies in Pakistan as well as abroad. It was a nice interactive session and students participated in question/answer session. The guest speaker shared his experience by telling the students about different job-related challenges which might appear during Covid-19 situation.
