Bahawalpur, April 21, 2023 (PPI-OT):It is notified for the information of all concerned that final-term exams of bachelor degree programs (16-years of education) for Spring Semester 2023 will be held w.e.f. 11.05.2023 in addition, Mid and Final (Combine) exams for Postgraduate degree programs will also be held in May, 2023.
Therefore, on the recommendations of the 24′ meeting of the Deans’ Committee dated 09.12.2022, no departmental event/function/funfest/conference shall be arranged during mid-term examinations and during the last week of classes before start of final term examinations.
All such approvals which have already been granted for the events to be held after May 03, 2023 by the Directorate of Students Affairs are hereby withdrawn.
All Chairpersons/ Heads/ Principals/ Directors of the Teaching Departments/ Constituent Colleges/ Institutes/ Advisor/ Mentor/ Co-Advisor/ Incharge Students Societies/ All Deputy Students Affairs of the Faculties are requested to implement the same in true letter and spirit.
