PDP Files Petition in Sindh High Court Over MD CAT Paper Leak

Karachi, The Pasban Democratic Party (PDP) has taken a significant step in Karachi by filing a constitutional petition in the Sindh High Court, seeking justice for students affected by the MD CAT test paper leak. The petition aims to address the unfair advantage gained by certain students who reportedly bought the leaked paper and scored 100% in the examination, undermining the efforts of hardworking students.

According to Pasban Democratic Party, the petition was filed on the instructions of Altaf Shakur, the party’s chairman, by advocate Khurram Lakhani. The petition calls for action against those responsible for the leak of the MD CAT test paper. The paper was reportedly leaked before the commencement of the test, and some students allegedly obtained it by paying a significant sum, allowing them to achieve perfect scores. This incident has been described as a serious abuse of the students who attempted the examination based on their merit and hard work.

The PDP’s petition emphasizes the need for a transparent investigation into the matter. It seeks to ensure that those involved in the leak are identified and punished accordingly. The party argues that such measures are essential for maintaining fairness and justice in the academic evaluation process and protecting the interests of dedicated and deserving students in the future.
