FAISALABAD, The National Textile University (NTU) Faisalabad, celebrated the Opening Ceremony of the Intra-Departmental Sports for the Department of Textile Engineering (Fabric Manufacturing). The event took place on November 2, 2023, at the cricket ground of the NTU.

According to National Textile University,Dr. Syed Talha Ali Hamdani, Associate Professor and Coordinator of Weaving at the School of Engineering & Technology (SET), inaugurated the event. The ceremony was attended by key faculty members including Dr. Mumtaz Ali, Assistant Professor and Sports Coordinator, Dr. Muhammad Umair, Assistant Professor, Mr. Pervaiz Akhtar, Sports Officer, and Mr. Imran Ali, Sports Officer.

This sporting event highlights NTU’s commitment to promoting physical fitness and healthy competition among its students, particularly in the Textile Engineering department. It also underscores the university’s focus on extracurricular activities alongside academic excellence.
