Malaysian Consul General Explores Academic Collaboration with Ziauddin University

Karachi, The Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Herman Hardynata Ahmad, visited Ziauddin University to discuss educational collaboration and the potential signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between Malaysian institutions and Ziauddin University. This visit marks a significant step towards strengthening academic ties between Pakistan and Malaysia.

According to Ziauddin University, the meeting focused on exploring opportunities for both Malaysian and Ziauddin University’s academic staff and students. The discussions, led by Mr. Herman Hardynata Ahmad, involved top management and academic staff of the university, aiming to identify ways to enhance bilateral relations in the education sector. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Nida Hussain, Pro-chancellor, and Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder, Vice-chancellor of Ziauddin University. Key faculty members, including Dr. Shehla Najib, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Human Sciences, and other prominent academic leaders, participated in the discussions.

The visit signified a mutual commitment to advancing international collaboration, cultural understanding, and academic exchanges.
