According to Lahore University of Management Sciences, the Career Fair is a testament to the university’s dedicated efforts towards enhancing student employability, with 95% of its 2022 graduates securing employment within six months of graduation. Dr. Ali Cheema, Vice Chancellor of LUMS, welcomed the participation of national and multinational organizations, emphasizing the fair as an invaluable platform for students to initiate their professional journeys. The LUMS Career Services Office (CSO), with its strong network of 1,800 recruiting partners and over 15 career support programs, plays a pivotal role in preparing students for the job market. These programs range from alumni mentorship and recruitment drives to company visits and peer-to-peer guidance, further highlighting LUMS’ proactive approach in supporting its students’ career readiness and exploration.
