Wah Cantt, April 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):Literary and Debating Club, University of Wah organized a lecture titled ‘Istaqbal-e-Ramazan’ on 01 April, 2022. Dr. Hafiz Shoaib Farooq, Chairperson Department of Islamic and Pakistan Studies delivered a talk and stressed upon the idea of self-evaluation and self- rectification that are complimentary to Ramazan. He also highlighted that Ramazan is the supreme time for bringing one’s spiritual and moral existence back to life.
In the end, he reiterated that we must spend this Ramazan in pursuance of the true goals of fasting such as piety, patience and humility. Faculty and students from all Departments of UW and WEC attended the lecture.
