Bahawalpur, September 27, 2022 (PPI-OT):Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob has inaugurated a special bus service for the students of Hasilpur. He said that hundreds of students from Hasilpur tehsil are studying in different departments of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. These students were suffering due to lack of proper travel facilities.
University has started bus service on the long-standing demands of these students and parents. They said that 2 buses are already running for Khairpur Tamiwali and now with the addition of Hasilpur bus, the number of these points has increased to 3 buses. Considering the number of students, the number of these buses can be increased.
On this occasion, Deputy Director Colleges, Prof. Taslim Alam, Honourable citizen Chaudhry Imran Ahmed, Director Superior College, Mian Azim Akram, Kamran Khalid, Senior Columnist Khan Khuda Yar Khan Chanar, Zulqarnain Javed, Muhammad Yusha Naeem, Chief Transport Officer Qazi Khalil ur Rehman, Director Students Affairs Rizwan Majeed, Chairman Plant Pathology Department Prof. Dr. Naveed Aslam Malghani, Director TV and Broadcast Prof. Dr. Rana Muhammad Shahzad, Associate Prof. Dr. Azhar Hussain, Assistant Professor Dr. Shanayra Mahmood, Transport Officers Arif Masood and Samar Waheed, Director Press Media and Publications Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, Deputy Registrar Public Affairs Fatima Muzahir, Executive Secretary Muhammad Khalid Sheikh, Principal Staff Officer Wasim Ahmed Siddiqui, Lecturer Athar Lashari and Protocol Officer Faizan Sheikh were present.
