Initiatives like Aghaaz and EmpowerHER, along with a series of targeted training sessions, have contributed to creating a work environment where every individual is valued and poised to excel.

According to Habib University, the Aghaaz program has played a pivotal role in promoting team spirit and collaboration, transcending a mere monthly meet-up to become a celebration of collective accomplishments and diversity. This platform allows the university community to come together to celebrate, reflect, and engage, reinforcing a sense of connection and recognition within the institution.

Aghaaz includes key segments like the ‘Fountain of Gratitude’, which honors community contributions, and ‘Beacon of Excellence’, that shares important updates and celebrates institutional milestones, thus enhancing communication and unity at Habib University.

The EmpowerHER initiative has been designed to support personal growth and professional skills development, especially for the female workforce. The program’s launch saw participants trained in auto-mechanics in collaboration with Indus Motor Company (IMC), focusing on practical, hands-on experience. A subsequent ‘Vitality Unleashed: Health and Wellness’ camp, in partnership with DUHS and Hashmani’s Laboratory, provided education on holistic wellness, empowering participants to manage their health proactively.
