Islamabad, September 15, 2021 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, approximately 3 in 4 Pakistanis (76%) agree that the system of government/economy is rigged to benefit the rich and powerful.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Please indicate to what extent you agree or disagree with the following statement? – The system of government/economy is rigged to benefit the rich and powerful” In response to this question, 55% said they completely agreed, 21% somewhat agreed, 4% somewhat disagreed and 9% completely disagreed. 8% did not know and 3% had no response.
