Bahawalpur, November 18, 2021 (PPI-OT):The Directorate of Fundraising and University Advancement IUB organized an interaction session of chairpersons/faculty members and Students societies IUB with UK based Organization BE92 in the Video Conference Room, Main Auditorium. Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar was the chief guest. Dr. Tanveer Gill, CEO BE92, UK was welcomed by the Directorate of Fundraising and University Advancement.
Dr. Tanveer Gill had a detailed session with faculty and students on internship/job opportunities for IUB students and graduates through the BE92 platform. Dr. Asif Naveed Ranjha briefed that a MoU had been signed between IUB and BE92 on 17 June 2021.
Dr Tanveer Gill answered questions of faculty and students and told that some IUB students are already working with them. Prof. Dr. Yasmeen Rufi, Prof. Dr. Nuzhat, Dr. Fazal Mehmood, Dr. Azhar Hussain, Director Alumni, Shahid Durani, Director Career Counselling and Placement, Dr. Awais Gillani, Dr. Nargis, Dr. Sarfraz, Dr. Farhan Mukhtar and many faculty members attended the session.
Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar appreciated collaboration of BE92 and IUB for youth empowerment and presented a shield to Dr. Tanveer Gill. Dr. Asif Naveed Ranjha thanked guests from UK and all participants at the end of session.
