Lahore, November 10, 2021 (PPI-OT):An illuminating lecture at Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab was held on “Organizational Psychology in Recruitment and Selection.” The guest speaker was Ms. Sadia Zubair; Manager HR, PC Hotels, Lahore. It was an interactive session chaired by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique; Professor/ Director, Institute of Applied Psychology and the major pointers discussed were the top hiring challenges, their solutions and how can psychologists play their role in renowned companies Nationally and Internationally. A token of thanks was presented to the speaker by Dr. Saima Ghazal; Associate Professor, IAP.
