UET Lahore Enhances Transport Services with Fourth Refurbished Bus for Faisalabad Campus

Lahore: The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has successfully renovated and delivered a fourth refurbished bus to its Faisalabad Campus, continuing its focus on enhancing student facilities and support services. The bus, previously in poor condition due to wear and tear, has been restored to improve reliability, safety, and comfort for students.

According to University of Engineering and Technology, the initiative was guided by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, who emphasizes infrastructure development and student welfare. The formal handover ceremony was attended by Dr. Muhammad Asim, Chairman of the Transport Committee, UET Lahore; the Registrar, UET Lahore; and the Dean of the Faculty of Computing. Dr. Shoaib Aslam, Incharge of the Transport Section at UET Faisalabad Campus, received the bus.

The Vice Chancellor commended the Transport Section staff at the Main Campus for their dedication and professional commitment in maintaining and upgrading the university's transport fleet. The refurbishment initiative is part of UET Lahore's ongoing efforts to enhance student-centric facilities.
