Chitral: Cakes & Bakes, in collaboration with the University of Chitral's Department of Management Sciences, successfully organized a two-day recruitment drive on October 5 and 6, 2026, providing employment and internship opportunities for recent graduates. The initiative was well-received by the university administration, with the Vice Chancellor recognizing the company's efforts and presenting a commemorative shield to Mr. Salman Saeed, General Manager HR of Cakes & Bakes, in acknowledgment of their support and collaboration.

According to the University of Chitral, the first day of the event featured a welcome address by Dr. Rizwan Ullah, Head of the Department of Management Sciences, followed by a presentation from Mr. Salman Saeed. The recruitment process included tests and interviews for Management Trainee Officer positions, resulting in the selection of 17 graduates from various academic backgrounds. On the second day, the focus shifted to recruiting Sales Executives and participants for the Paid Internship Program, with an additional 16 graduates being selected. In total, around 100 candidates participated in the recruitment drive, indicating a strong interest in the career opportunities offered by Cakes & Bakes. The event concluded with a meeting between Mr. Salman Saeed and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah, underscoring the partnership between the company and the university.
