ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed commendation for the security forces following a successful operation against Fitna al-Khwarij in North Waziristan. The operation resulted in the elimination of nine terrorists, including four key commanders.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, President Zardari stated that the operation showcased the professional capability and bravery of the security forces. He underscored the determination to thwart any conspiracies by foreign patrons of terrorists and their local facilitators. The president reaffirmed that operations under Azm-e-Istehkam would persist until terrorism is eradicated.
