Rawalpindi: Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqdasi, head of Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya Pakistan, has urged the Parliament to develop a sustainable peace strategy for regions including Parachinar, Quetta, and Dera Ismail Khan, emphasizing the full implementation of the National Action Plan to combat terrorism and lawlessness.
According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, during his address at the Central Jamia Masjid and Imam Bargah Ahlul Bayt in Gadwal Wah Cantt, Allama Muqdasi described the recent attack on the Hamas leader in Iran as an act of terrorism and aggression that merits minimal condemnation. He criticized the Punjab government for infringing on the religious freedoms of its citizens, labeling it a constitutional deviation and an act of anti-nationalism.
The speech also highlighted the perceived persecution by the Punjab Police and administration against mourners, which Allama Muqdasi said strips the administration of any moral right to celebrate National Exploitation Day on August 5. He called on the Chief Minister of Punjab to address these grievances immediately.
Allama Muqdasi emphasized the role of political leaders in easing the lives of citizens and denounced those who hinder the government’s operations as ignorant and unfortunate. The gathering concluded with prayers for the Islamic world and the oppressed communities in Kashmir and Palestine.
