Islamabad: Bahria University has opened vacancies for Departmental Coordinators at its Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore campuses, aiming to strengthen its academic and administrative teams. These positions are pivotal in supporting the Heads of Departments (HODs) in both academic and administrative capacities, ensuring efficient operational management within the university’s departments.

According to Bahria University, candidates for these roles are required to have a minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant domain, coupled with demonstrated IT skills. A preference will be given to applicants with at least three years of experience in a reputable organization. The responsibilities of the Departmental Coordinators include assisting HODs in academic and administrative matters, managing the selection process for new students, preparing timetables, liaising with IT for course setup, and updating course roadmaps on the university website. Additionally, they are tasked with monitoring class punctuality and student attendance, among other duties.
