Karachi, The President of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, Muhammad Sarwat Ejaz Qadri, emphasized the crucial need for accountability of those compromising the integrity of the country. In a statement, he lauded the Pakistan Army for initiating an accountability process and urged the judiciary to actively address corruption within national institutions.

According to Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, President Qadri stressed the significance of the accountability process initiated by the Pakistan Army, describing it as a positive tradition for the nation. He expressed full faith in Pakistan’s security agencies, highlighting their role in safeguarding the country’s survival and security. Qadri pointed out the clandestine attacks by enemies and the consistent efforts of security institutions to thwart these ambitions.

President Qadri addressed the issue of corruption within national institutions, stating that such malpractices undermine the foundations of the country. He criticized the influence of VIP culture and political interference, which he believes hampers the effectiveness of institutions designed to eliminate corruption. Qadri argued that a more unified and impartial approach from these institutions could have prevented the country’s current challenges.

Further, he called for a concerted effort to move Pakistan towards development, stressing the importance of intention and action. He noted the role of external powers in pushing Pakistan towards backwardness and called out domestic facilitators who compromise Pakistan’s integrity for personal gain.

Qadri also urged the country’s educated youth to come forward and contribute to national service. He highlighted the presence of experts and intelligent individuals in various fields, underscoring the need to leverage their skills to address Pakistan’s problems.
