Bahawalpur, January 11, 2023 (PPI-OT):Dean Faculty of Education Islamia University Bahawalpur Professor Dr. Irshad Hussain said that the biggest training for teachers of Islamia University Bahawalpur was organized by the Faculty of Education. 2827 teachers participated in the pedagogical training program under the special guidance and vision of Vice Chancellor Engineer Professor Dr. Athar Mehboob.
The purpose of this training is to increase the capacity of teachers and also to provide awareness of modern teaching issues. He said that in the closing ceremony of this training which continued for more than three months, Governor Punjab Engineer Muhammad Balighur Rehman appreciated the efforts of Vice Chancellor Engineer Professor Dr. Athar Mehboob and the teachers of the Faculty of Education for organizing the unique training program.
He said that the Faculty of Education is trying to bring new trends and improvements in teaching and the students who graduate from here are government officials. And they make their place in private educational institutions very easily.
Currently BS Education, BS Secondary Education, BS Elementary Education, BS Educational Leadership and Management, BS Ed, BS Physical Education and Sports Science, BS English Language Teaching, BS Ed Science and BS Early Child Education. Admissions are ongoing. The education sector is expanding rapidly and there is a great demand for trained manpower.
