Bahawalpur, June 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):Bahawalpur (P) The modern Islamic world is facing many challenges including political instability, economic inequality, religious extremism and cultural degradation. These challenges can be attributed to factors such as colonialism, globalization and traditionalism, which have created a complex environment for the Muslim world. Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal has presented a unique perspective on these problems affecting the world of Islam and provided solutions to overcome them through his works. These views were expressed by Dr. Muhammad Rafiq ul Islam, Chairman of the Department of Iqbal at and Philosophy, Islamia University Bahawalpur, in his keynote address at the international conference held at Yuzenshu University, Turkey. He further said that one of the major challenges facing the Islamic world in the present era is political instability. Allama Iqbal believed that the reason for this instability was the lack of strong and visionary leadership.

Iqbal emphasized that Muslims should adopt a more inclusive economic system that promotes the spirit of cooperation and partnership. Religious extremism is one of the most important challenges affecting the modern Islamic world.
