Haripur, The University of Haripur has introduced the HEC Merit and Need-Based Scholarship program for its students, as part of an initiative to support academically proficient and financially challenged students. With the aim to facilitate undergraduates in pursuing their educational goals without financial hurdles, the university has invited applications for the academic year 2023-2024.

According to The University of Haripur, the scholarship is open to all undergraduate students from the first to the seventh semester. The eligibility criteria require applicants to maintain a CGPA of 2.50 or higher or, for first-semester students, a minimum of 60% marks in F.Sc. The program specifically encourages top-performing students, as well as those who are in need of financial aid, to apply. Additionally, the monthly household income of applicants must not exceed PKR 45,000.

The deadline for submission of applications is set for May 15, 2023. Students are instructed to apply using the prescribed form available on the university’s website. The university has also made provisions for hard copies of the application forms to be accessed through their website.
