Lahore, The Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Central Punjab (UCP), in collaboration with FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., is set to celebrate World Milk Day on June 3rd, 2024. The event, scheduled to take place at the Main Auditorium of UCP from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM, will feature talks by renowned scientists from academia and the dairy industry.
According to University of Central Punjab, Dr. Hadia Awan, Prorector of UCP, will serve as the chief guest for the occasion. The celebration aims to recognize the importance of milk as a global food and highlight the contributions of milk towards healthy diets and economies.
