Islamabad, In the wake of a suicide bombing targeting Chinese engineers in Shangla, Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqdisi, head of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqah Jafaria Pakistan (TNFJ), has publicly denounced the act as the work of entities opposed to Pakistan. In a speech delivered at the Darbar-i Wilayat Bari Imam during a peace conference, Muqdisi emphasized the necessity of unity and the teachings of Imam Hasan (a.s.) to counteract terrorism and safeguard national dignity.
According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, Muqdisi criticized the attack as a manifestation of external aggression and internal weaknesses, highlighting the urgent need for the government to address security lapses and clamp down on banned groups. He advocated for mutual unity and decisive actions against terrorists, including the exposure of India’s alleged involvement in fostering unrest within Pakistan.
Muqdisi’s remarks extended beyond condemnation of the attack, touching upon the broader issues of economic duress and inflation plaguing the country. He called on the government to fulfill its promises to mitigate these challenges, drawing on Islamic teachings to underline the importance of love and affection towards Ahl al-Bayt (AS) as foundational to faith.
