Islamabad, The Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya (TNFJ) has organized a national event called the ‘Day of Companions’ to commemorate the contributions of Hazrat Abu Dhar Ghafari, a revered figure in the Jafaria community. Events including conferences and condolence gatherings are scheduled across Pakistan today.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the decision was made during a meeting chaired by Engineer Mohammad Hasan Bozri, who emphasized the importance of Hazrat Abu Dhar Ghafari’s dedication to the Prophet Muhammad and his family, the Ahl al-Bayt. The TNFJ has appointed regional convenors to oversee the day’s events in Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit and Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.

The convenors have called on the government to ensure adequate security measures for the events and urged mass media to provide extensive coverage of the day’s activities. Engineer Bozri highlighted the historical and spiritual significance of Hazrat Abu Dhar Ghafari’s teachings, which he described as a guiding light for those oppressed worldwide.

The ‘Day of Companions’ is part of TNFJ’s broader effort to honor key historical figures in Islam and promote the values they stood for, including justice and resistance against tyranny. The organization also reaffirmed its commitment to advancing these principles and defending the faith and nation against any adversities.
