Haripur: The University of Haripur has announced the election of a faculty member as a Member Senate for the Administrative Officer constituency. The newly elected member will serve a three-year term as Deputy Treasurer, starting from August 17, 2024.

According to The University of Haripur, the election was held in line with Section 24 of the University of Haripur Election to the University Authorities Statutes 2016 and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 (Amended 2016). The result was declared on September 3, 2024, following proper electoral procedures. Mr. Imran Muhammad has been elected to this position and will contribute to the university’s financial and administrative decisions.

The notification was disseminated to all relevant university departments, including all Deans of Faculties and Sectional Heads, ensuring widespread awareness within the institution. Additionally, the election details have been made available on the university’s official website to ensure transparency and public access to the proceedings.
